A convenient tool offered by Cisive to aid their existing customers in submitting necessary documents and verifying applicants' identities through the Cisive portal. Users have the ability to easily capture document images for upload and review purposes, ensuring a streamlined process.

How It Works:

• Access the Cisive Applicant portal to fulfill applicant requirements. Utilize the tool for tasks such as ID verification and document submission.
• Open the Document Upload app and scan the provided QR code to initiate the process.
• Capture images of the required documents or your ID, based on the task at hand.
• Take a selfie as part of the ID verification process.
• Select the specific documents for upload.
• Monitor the status of your uploaded document within the Cisive Applicant portal.

If an erroneous upload occurs, users are granted a grace period for potential modifications.
